Crustless Quiche
1 lb Pkg. Smoked Sausage 8 Eggs (lightly beaten) 1- 1/2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream 1 -1/2 tsp Dry Mustard 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 Black Pepper 1 - 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese (grated) 1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper (diced) |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut Sausage into 1/2 inch cubes and set aside. Place Eggs, Whipping Cream, Mustard, Salt & Pepper in a large bowl whisk until smooth. Stir in Sausage, 1 Cup of Cheese and Green Pepper. Pour Egg mixture into greased (9"X13") Baking Dish. Bake 40-45 min. until eggs are set. Sprinkle with remaining Cheese. Let stand 5 min. before serving. Makes 12 Servings |
